Establishment of Kimiadiary Cooperative Company

KimiaShir Cooperative Production Company was established on September 21, 2006, and
began operations in February 2008 with the goal of producing various dairy products. Since
mid-2014, the company has focused on the production of pizza cheese, successfully
distributing its products across the country, particularly in chain stores. Over the past two
years, Kimiadiary has expanded its market reach by exporting its products to neighboring
countries, with rapid and continued growth.
All production, processing, and packaging stages are carried out using specialised, fully
automated machinery. Kimiadiary continues to increase its capacity for high-quality milk and
relies on experienced and educated specialists from renowned Iranian and international
universities, particularly in product quality and R&D. The company is on a clear path to
success, with future development plans aimed at further optimizing and improving product
quality.

Milk quality: A critical factor for Kimia Dairy products

Kimia Dairy consumes over 500,000 tons of milk annually, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective supply. The company has implemented systems to secure and optimize production. By forming contractual relationships with local producers near their production sites, logistics costs are reduced, and milk quality is guaranteed. This approach also improves management efficiency.

Sustainable relationships with producers are based on four commitments:

improving milk quality, encouraging growth, protecting the environment, and elevating dairy farming as a specialized profession, fostering long-term trust.

The main mission of Kimia Shir Esfahan Company is to safeguard the health chain of consumers, especially children and young people.

The result of years of perseverance and effort toward health has been the production of high-quality, health-oriented products, free from any additives that would improve the texture, color, taste, or aroma of pizza cheeses.

Nazhvan cheese, due to its strict adherence to its production policy, still retains the authentic taste and aroma of pizza cheese — the familiar creamy flavor with a soft texture, an attractive appearance, and, most importantly, a focus on health and well-being.

Kimia Shir’s research has led to the introduction of a unique product with an exceptional taste, known as "Cheddar Dip." This product has been developed to attract attention and encourage people to consume non-oily dairy products and to include milk-based products in restaurants and their daily food baskets in markets.

We remain steadfast, striving toward the future.

Over the years, Kimia Shir has expanded beyond Asia, entering Africa and Oceania. Additionally, with the establishment of the Research Institute, Kimia Shir is making scientific efforts to contribute effectively to the promotion of healthy nutrition and the preservation of public health.

In 2016 (1395 in the Iranian calendar), Kimia Shir Esfahan, which already held a strong position among consumers, introduced its range of pizza and restaurant cheeses to the Iranian market for the first time. These fresh products quickly gained popularity and found their place among the people.

During this time, Kimia Shir Esfahan has focused on studying and researching the culture and needs of Iranians to offer new products that meet the market's preferences and demands. One notable example is the introduction of a new spreadable Cheddar product, or "Cheddar Dip."
